JITD Electoral Literacy Club (ELC)

The Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) at Jain Institute of Technology, Davangere, is a student-driven initiative aimed at fostering awareness and understanding of electoral processes among young voters. Here’s an overview of its key aspects:


The main objectives of ELC

1. Promote Electoral Awareness: Educate students about the importance of voting and the electoral process in India.

2. Encourage Informed Voting: Provide resources and knowledge to help students make informed choices during elections.

3. Increase Voter Participation: Motivate students to actively participate in elections, both as voters and as informed citizens.
