Welcome to Jain Institute of Technology, Davangere, a premier educational institution established in 2011 and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Approved by AICTE and recognized by Government of Karnataka. JITD is recognized by UGC and accredited by NBA for three distinguished engineering programs. We proudly stand as a central hub for BE, MBA, and Doctoral Programs.

JITD-IPR Cell collaborates with KSCST, Govt. of Karnataka, promoting Innovation and Research. JITD Institutions Innovation Council (IIC) has secured the 8th Rank in the Southern Region, reflecting our commitment to excellence. Institute is a Host Institution/Business Incubation center of MSME.

Received DPIIT recognition for startup NEXGATE PIONEER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Institute has been recognized as a Host Institution (HI) of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) by the Indian government’s Ministry of Industries and Commerce, New Delhi.

In MSME Hackathon for women, three innovative ideas were recognized and given financial support of Rs. 45 Lakhs.

Approved financial aid of One Crore for the development of infrastructure and research facilities of MSME HI/BI center at our Institute.

Under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of INDIA, through NSDC, JITD recognised as Training centre under PMKVY 4.0 scheme and granted the fund amount of Rs. 31,21,650/- for students' skill development

In association with Rooman Technologies, Bengaluru, JITD established Pradhana Mantri Koushalya Kendra (PMKK) on January 2024, as a district center for Skill Training.

DST Project applied for Green Hydrogen Production for Rs. 5.91 Cr.

Two Projects submitted on Water call of DST for Rs.4.08 Cr.

Under UBA received award Rs. 60000 for project on Nanocarbon Biofertilizer

Achieved Silver Rating for accomplishing 500 Energy literate students and received Climate clock from Energy Swaraj Foundation and also achieved Gold Rating upon accomplishing 1000 Energy literate students.

Selected as the Nodal Institution for AICTE Information Facilitation Centre.

Two Innovative ideas are selected for Final round of YUKTI Innovation Challenge 2023.

AICTE sanctioned Rs. 2 lakhs for CSE club under SPICES Program.

Received 50,000/- fund from KSCST Govt. of Karnataka for conduction of FDP on IPR and filing patents.

Received 50,000/- fund from Karnataka Renewable Energy Department Limited (KREDL) for Energy Conservation Week Awareness Program.

In association with IIT Mandi, training for SC/ST students in future skills.

Around 40KGs of e-waste has been disposed from the Institution in association with TATA Croma
